Please note, after skipping 4 consecutive times, you'll temporarily lose access to Early Access for our Exclusive Luxe Edition Preorder Sales and access to the Members Only Shop. However, your Early Access privileges and access to the Members Only Shop will be restored upon your next successful renewal. If you have skipped 4 consecutive times, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] once you successfully renew for a subscription. They will help make sure you have access to upcoming Early Access sales. We're excited to offer this new flexibility and can't wait to continue providing you with the best possible experience.
Cancellation Policy:Please cancel before the 20th of the month to avoid being charged. We do not offer refunds after we have charged unless the request is made within 48 hours of your account renewing.
KINDLY NOTE: When you cancel, that cancels the subscription, avoiding any future charges. It will not cancel any boxes you've already purchased, instead, it will prevent any charges in the future from processing.
KINDLY NOTE: If an order placed experiences delays (preorders, monthly boxes and shop orders), this supersedes the cancelation/refund policy. If an order placed has delays, we will always allow a canellation/ refund, before the order ships or before fulfillment on that monthly box/preorder begins.
